Growing up, Chef SiA always knew that she would do great things in the kitchen. Her informal culinary education started in Surulere, Lagos under the guidance of her grandmother. Ever since she began learning traditional Yoruba cusine, Chef SiA had a vision to translate her natural talent into her livelihood. Fast-forward 20 years later, and Chef SiA is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she earned the Le Grande Diplome before launching her career in the culinary industry.
Having worked in several modern fine-dining restaurants in London, Chef SiA is now striking out on her own! With a flair for food and a commitment to superior service, Chef SiA will soon become the benchmark for culinary service in Nigeria.
